How it Works

Once you enroll in the program, you'll receive an email every 14 weeks with a web link that will give you the week's assignment.

 

Each week's lesson will contain a KNOWLEDGE and ACTION component with the goal of: 

  • Building a deep enough knowledge base to help you understand why the assigned actions are beneficial.

  • Actively engaging you in DOING things that evidence has shown will physiologically return you to balance and build stress resilience.
