How it Works
Once you enroll in the program, you'll receive an email every 14 weeks with a web link that will give you the week's assignment.
Each week's lesson will contain a KNOWLEDGE and ACTION component with the goal of: ​

Building a deep enough knowledge base to help you understand why the assigned actions are beneficial.

Actively engaging you in DOING things that evidence has shown will physiologically return you to balance and build stress resilience.
